Please note your domain must be using our named servers to get an accurate report

The following icon shows that the service is Online: ok
The following icon shows that the service is Offline: Failed

If the test shows that all the services are online, then there are probably no server issues.
If you still have problems then you should check your local settings and if possible try from another ISP. If you still have problems please submit a support ticket
