Yearly customers are unable to downgrade their account more than 1 month before their current hosting period expires. There is no admin fee for yearly downgrades.

Monthly paying account downgrades that have previously downgraded will incur an admin fee of £2.99 payable by invoice before we will downgrade your account. This fee is in place to prevent customers from upgrading and downgrading each month to suit their monthly needs. The downgrade takes 20 min's admin time and we feel this fee is fair.
