IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR HOSTING ACCOUNT THEN PLEASE GO TO: http://simplybehosted.com/clients/clogin.php AND ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS(THE ONE YOU SIGNED UP WITH)CLICK RESEND NOW AND YOUR CUSTOMER AREA LOGINS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU, ONCE YOU HAVE THE LOGINS GO BACK TO http://simplybehosted.com/clients/clogin.php AND LOGIN, ONCE LOGGED IN CLICK 'RESEND WELCOME EMAIL' AND ALL YOUR HOSTING ACCOUNT DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. ------------------------------------------------------------- IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR WORLDPAY PASSWORD AND NEED TO UPDATED YOUR CREDIT CARD ETC.. THEN PLEASE READ BELOW. ------------------------------------------------------------- Go to the admin login page at: http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/ Click on the 'Forgot your password? Click here' link. This link will take you to a page that invites you to input * the FuturePay ID (this will be on your payment acknowledgement e-mails from WorldPay) * the email address that you provided when you set up the agreement. When you have done this, click the 'Send Shopper Password' button. Your new login details will then be sent to the email address you provided. Once you have these details, please login as usual by inputting your username and password and clicking 'login'. |
