Why can't I have unlimited bandwidth,webspace,mail and mysql?

Well the simple answer is because unlike some companies we do not lie to you. Lets take unlimited disk space as an example. To offer this we would need an hardisk with unlimited space! .as far as we are aware they do not exist, nothing in this world is unlimited, don’t believe it when your are offered anything which says unlimited, unrestricted
